Jericho Homes is a family-owned custom home builder and remodeler based in Wake Forest, building across the Triangle. We take on new custom homes, additions and full remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, decks and porches, flooring and whole-home renovations — with one accountable team from start to finish.
We're the newest division of High & Tight Concepts, a Triangle builder at work since 2012, and we carry the same standard into every Jericho project. What our clients write about, over and over, is the same handful of things: careful workmanship, honest communication about cost, and owners you can trust in your home. From first consultation to final walkthrough.

Consultation and honest advice
We come out, look at the project properly and talk through what's realistic — the scope, the sequence and the likely timeframe. Whether it's a new custom home, an addition or a remodel, you get a straight answer on what it actually takes before anything is committed.

A clear, written estimate
You get a written estimate that sets out the work before anything starts, so you know what's included. Our clients single out how careful we are about the cost — if the scope changes once we're underway, we talk it through with you before we act, not after.

The build — careful, communicative, on time
The same team carries the work through, keeps you in the loop, and treats your home with respect. "Easy to communicate with, excellent workmanship, completed in a timely manner" is how a client put it — that's the standard we hold every project to.

Final walkthrough and handover
We don't call a project done until it's genuinely finished and you're happy standing in it. We walk the finished work with you, put right anything that needs it, and hand your home back clean.
