Clayton 'Clay' Sturgeon is Jericho Homes' lead contractor and senior project manager — he runs the projects personally, from the first consultation through to the final walkthrough, so the person who plans your home is the person accountable for it. Jericho Homes is family-owned and faith-based — co-founded by Teresa 'Tess' Sturgeon, with a small named team including Abigail Frias-Nunez in client development and design and Sam Ridge managing projects.
